Summary
Join Turing as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive and become a trusted partner to our largest clients, primarily Meta. You will consult on the most effective ways to utilize Turing's AI solutions, driving strategic deals and exceeding revenue targets. Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling emerging technologies or data solutions with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
- A track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing strategic deals by translating multifaceted technical requirements into tailored AI/LLM solutions
- Extensive experience selling into major tech organizations like Google, Meta, OpenAI, or Anthropic, making you adept at handling complex account structures, processes, and expectations
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and build consensus across diverse stakeholder ecosystems, including technical research teams, C-level executives, and procurement
- Mastery of negotiating high-value, complex commercial agreements with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- A track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced organizations by driving pipeline growth and effectively managing sophisticated sales processes
- Communicates with clarity and confidence, forging meaningful connections at all levels of a customer organization
- Thrives in dynamic, sometimes ambiguous situations, willing to go above and beyond to deliver quality outcomes
- Employs a strategic, analytical mindset to assess markets, paired with an innovative, hands-on execution style to capture opportunities
- Deep technical understanding of advanced AI systems - including LLMs - and broader ecosystem trends
Responsibilities
- Own and Expand a Key Strategic Account (Meta): Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Meta. Develop and maintain executive-level relationships, drive adoption of Turing’s AGI services across multiple teams, and identify opportunities for long-term partnership growth
- Guide the Full Sales Cycle: From initial outreach through contract negotiations and deployment, manage the complex, end-to-end sales process within Meta. Secure strategic deals by translating technical requirements into impactful AGI solutions while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and GTM teams to align Turing’s offerings with Meta’s evolving AI priorities, needs, and roadmaps. Communicate critical feedback from Meta’s research and product stakeholders to inform ongoing product development
- Shape and Refine Account Strategy: Continually assess Meta’s organizational dynamics and AI initiatives to uncover new use cases for LLM evaluation, training, multimodality, and alignment & safety. Craft tailored strategies that expand Turing’s value proposition within Meta’s various business units
- Optimize Sales Methodologies: Document key learnings, stakeholder insights, and best practices to refine Turing’s approach to large-account management. Develop and leverage account playbooks to ensure consistent, repeatable success at scale
- Drive Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging LLM technologies, and alignment & safety concerns. Provide Meta’s teams with strategic counsel on how to best implement advanced AI capabilities responsibly and effectively
