Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the home services marketplace
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with Account-based Marketing strategies
  • An extensive network of contacts within the home services industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and convert enterprise customers from a pre-specified target list
  • Leverage existing relationships and networks to identify and engage potential enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Present our solutions effectively to prospective clients, demonstrating how they can solve their business challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software
