Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Possess solid experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably in the Professional Services industry
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to partner with C-level executives and influence strategic business decisions
  • Show a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, particularly for tech companies
  • Exhibit the ability to thrive in a multinational environment and collaborate effectively with global teams
  • Possess strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Partner with C-level executives and business unit leaders to develop forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimizing capital allocation
  • Provide strategic financial advice, including creating and evaluating investment cases, identifying growth opportunities, and driving EBITDA improvements
  • Analyze financial performance to identify key trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance margins and operational efficiency
  • Develop and deliver financial dashboards and reports for decision-making support, ensuring clarity and relevance for executive and business partners
  • Collaborate on long-term financial planning, proactively guiding business units in strategic decision-making and course adjustments
  • Support M&A activities, project monitoring, and revenue recognition to ensure alignment with financial objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Hold a masterโ€™s degree, CPA, or CMA certification
