Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience, ideally in financial planning and analysis
• Great modeling skills with the ability to create models from scratch, manipulate large data sets and summarize insights
• Strong Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides presentation skills, and familiarity with financial planning systems
• An analytical and inquisitive mindset, ability to solve problems, strong work ethic, attention to detail, prompt and clear communication skills, time and project management skills, positive attitude, and a results orientation
• Ability to prepare, present and influence at the executive level by building strong cross-functional relationships
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data and market trends, as well as working cross functionally with revenue management teams, to produce accurate financial projections
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support key decision-making processes and business strategies
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis
• Conduct variance reporting by comparing actual financial performance to forecasts, and explain key drivers of discrepancies

• Workday Financials
• SQL
• Ability to develop analytics tools, such as Tableau and Looker to create dashboards
