Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data-driven financial analysis
• Mastery of Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, VBA)
• Python expertise for data analysis and automation
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous data
• Must be able to work full time during US business hours (Central Standard Time)

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts payable, claims, and collections data to uncover trends and improve processes
• Build advanced financial models and dashboards to track KPIs and support decision-making
• Automate workflows using Excel (macros, VBA) and Python (pandas, numpy)
• Partner with teams to reduce revenue leakage and boost collection rates
• Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation processes
• Provide insights during monthly closes and help forecast financial performance
• Present your findings clearly to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of medical coding and billing
