Requirements
At least 5 years of growth marketing experience at a Series A/B B2B SaaS startup selling to SMB/Mid-Market customers
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns, utilizing the optimal mix of marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social media, display/retargeting, email, events, paid sponsorships, etc.)
- Lead our comprehensive campaign management lifecycle, ideation, and performance analysis in Hubspot
- Leverage your mastery of growth marketing KPIs (including marketing qualified leads, opportunities, and pipeline) to ensure optimal campaign performance and opportunity and risk signals. You’ll track, deliver, and report on results, aligned to business goals
- Manage campaign budget and ensure efficient return on spend
- Constantly innovate and push boundaries, moving beyond typical B2B marketing playbooks to drive growth and customer acquisition
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment throughout our prospect’s presale journey
- Work with Content Marketing to ensure we are creating the right assets to drive growth through campaign efforts
- Conduct customer and market research to understand broader ecommerce trends, SMB personas, and opportunities for market growth
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally have experience at a fintech or ecommerce Series A/B startup or have relevant domain knowledge
