Peach is seeking a Sr Growth Marketing Manager to help drive growth by developing and executing strategies, managing marketing tech stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and more. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of growth marketing experience, SaaS experience preferred, data-driven mindset, creativity, SEO understanding, outstanding communication skills, and more.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of search engine optimization
• 5+ years of growth marketing experience; SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies
• Experience with marketing automation and other relevant software tools
• In-depth knowledge of current growth marketing trends and best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive growth strategy to drive measurable revenue impact
• Create and execute demand generation strategies to increase qualified pipeline
• Own key aspects of the website, email campaigns and nurtures, SEO, social and advertising, events
• Own and manage key aspects of our marketing tech stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing and Customer Experience
• Manage growth reporting and analytics
• Oversee, test and optimize paid Marketing spend
• May be asked to temporarily help manage other key facets of our Marketing efforts for a teammate on leave
