Summary

Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, and become a Senior GTM Data Analyst on the Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics team. You will be the primary analytics partner for the Marketing organization, providing data-driven insights to shape strategies and execution. Key responsibilities include defining and tracking KPIs, building and maintaining dashboards, collaborating with IT and BI stakeholders on data infrastructure, and aligning data definitions across departments. This role requires 3-4+ years of experience in analytics, strong communication skills, advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, and the ability to design scalable data pipelines. While familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, or Looker is preferred, it's not required. Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex analyses and insights to senior leadership , translating technical details into strategic recommendations
  • Deep passion for data-driven problem-solving , with advanced proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and visual analytics tools (e.g., Looker)
  • Proven ability to design and build scalable data pipelines, models, dashboards, and visualizations that support a rapidly growing, agile business environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary analytics partner for Marketing , collaborating closely with leadership, operations, and analytics peers to provide actionable insights that shape strategy and execution
  • Define, track, and continuously refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and models , conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities and drive marketing performance
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting solutions , ensuring rapid access to accurate and meaningful insights that empower data-driven decision-making
  • Partner closely with IT and BI Stakeholders to build and maintain a robust data infrastructure , emphasizing data quality, accessibility, and reliability to support evolving analytics needs
  • Align with Finance and Marketing teams to standardize data definitions, methodologies, and reporting practices, ensuring cohesive decision-making across departments
  • Represent Analytics in cross-functional initiatives , advocating for data-informed decisions and scalable solutions aligned with business priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, or Looker is valued, but not required โ€”willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools is essential
