Requirements
- Proven experience in HR and payroll management
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and ensure accuracy in payroll processing
- Ability to address employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality while implementing effective solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring compliance with SOPs and documentation requirements. Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
- Oversee all aspects of payroll, including running payroll cycles, processing bonuses, raises, and other payroll changes. Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement in accordance with local regulations
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing conflict resolution support and maintaining documentation of employee interactions and issues
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations related to HR and payroll practices. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation as required by law and organizational policies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support a positive work environment and align with organizational goals
- Identify training needs and facilitate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in HR practices and payroll processes
