Senior HRIS Analyst

Summary

Join Diligent, a global leader in modern governance, as a Senior HRIS Analyst. This one-year, remote contract position based in Ireland involves partnering with stakeholders to enhance systems and support cyclical processes, focusing on user experience. Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with HRIS, with at least some experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud
• Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, customer service oriented
• Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative partner gathering requirements and translating into functional/technical design
• Maintain and update system configuration, upgrades and data in HRIS platform (Oracle) to ensure data integrity
• Support company initiatives in various areas, including performance management and various internal client-facing projects
• Develop data import and exports

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, business, computer science and/or human resources
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office and application report tools
• Experience supporting middleware platforms such as Boomi
• Working knowledge with SQL, automation tools etc
