Summary

Join Experian as a Senior Implementation Specialist and ensure successful cross-functional project execution. Prioritize opportunities, influence team members, and convey information effectively. Build exceptional experiences for the Experian Employer Services portfolio, partnering with various teams. Report to the Manager, Implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting
  • Project management experience with a focus on timelines and project closure
  • Project documentation experience
  • Managed a range of concurrent complex implementations from medium to large/Enterprise level clients
  • Experience with client data files or API delivered interfaces

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit technical knowledge
  • Prioritize implementation tasks in order of importance
  • Present project plans, system overviews, and demonstrate product features across Experian's suite of products
  • Build exceptional experiences for the Experian Employer Services portfolio of capabilities
  • Partner with a broad array of team members including other members of our world-class Development, Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams
