Summary
Join ServiceNow's Data & Analytics team and lead product strategy for Zero Copy Connectors to data lakes via Trino, contributing to the foundation for agentic AI and workflows. This role involves communicating product priorities, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting field teams, managing roadmaps, understanding customer needs, and writing epics. You will assume leadership responsibilities, guide projects through development, integrate research into product requirements, and communicate complex problems effectively. The position requires experience in integrating AI into work processes and 5+ years of software product management experience. Success in this role also depends on strong prioritization skills, experience gathering product requirements, and building customer relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- 5+ years of software product management experience
- Writing epics, communicating clearly with engineers on one side and business functions on the other side
- Working with integration technologies
- Good understanding of APIs
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience gathering and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue
- Communicate product priorities and build consensus
- Meetings with stakeholders (peer PMs, engineering, design, QE)
- Supporting the field with customer and partner meetings
- Managing roadmap and strategic initiatives
- Understanding customers usage, pains and experiences
- Writing epics, following up on progress with engineering, design
- Understanding competitor products, working with the ZCC team to improve
- Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
- Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
- Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
