Summary

Join DEPTยฎ as a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing and lead influencer strategies and campaigns for clients. Partner with social media creators to design and execute engaging content, communications, and events that drive business goals. Manage a team, including an influencer coordinator, and collaborate with creative, production, and analytics teams. This hands-on role involves client interaction, casting strategies, contract negotiations, and financial management of creator partnerships. You will also be responsible for talent sourcing, brief creation, and maintaining relationships with key talent agencies. The position requires deep collaboration with creative counterparts to conceptualize ideas and meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ yrs, work experience in casting, influencer marketing or related social media field
  • Knowledge of all major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or talent agency setting
  • Experience working directly with clients and brands
  • Experience navigating creator partnerships
  • Extensive experience casting and vetting creators
  • Experience working in a social media based role
  • Familiarity with contracts or legal communication
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of the expanding creator landscape
  • Knowledge of creator and influencer performance benchmarks and metrics
  • Experience managing production elements of an influencer or creator campaign
  • Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working on international campaigns and sourcing and working with non-US-based talent
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, detail-oriented with attention to schedules and timelines, and maintenance of records and materials
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of measurement tools (CreatorIQ and Tagger)
  • Experienced in owning and managing talent budgets and pricing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Client engagement and management
  • Working directly with senior clients to understand their vision and needs for influencer marketing programs
  • Advising and consulting with account/project management team on level of effort in order to accurate scope our level of effort for new business
  • Presenting our creator & influencer offering to new prospects
  • Partnering with production and creative teams to infuse creator thinking into overarching concepts and pitches
  • Owning and authoring talent recap reports for clients
  • Outreach and Talent sourcing
  • Collaborating on creative brief creation for talent
  • Briefing talent on specific projects and answering any questions
  • Sourcing new, diverse and innovative creators
  • Presenting casting recommendations to brands based off data and creative strategy
  • Managing initial outreach and ongoing communication
  • Maintaining positive and communicative relationships
  • Maintaining internal talent databases and trackers
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key talent agencies and talent managers
  • Project Management
  • Coordinating all final deliveries and managing timelines efficiently
  • Distributing all necessary briefs
  • Client facing communication
  • Organizing of all legal and financial paperwork
  • Team Management & Mentorship
  • Responsible for career development for at least one coordinator
  • Working with senior team members to discuss team growth and new hires
  • Mentorship of junior team members
  • Create coalitions across departments and define ways of working
  • Constantly think of ways to improve our process
  • Identify trainings for junior team members to learn and grow
  • Third Party Management
  • Developing and updating roster of preferred talent and partnerships
  • Distributing contracts and managing talent negotiations
  • Frequent communication with legal teams
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key talent agencies and representatives
  • Finance Management
  • Distributing budgets accordingly across campaigns
  • Acting as a mediator between legal and talent management
  • Seeing through the invoicing process
