The position reports to the Director of Influencer Marketing and involves strategic talent partnerships, client management, talent management, financial oversight, and performance analysis. Requirements

  • At least 4+ years, work experience in casting, influencer marketing or a related social media field
  • Knowledge of all major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or talent agency setting
  • Experience working directly with clients and brands
  • Expertise in casting, negotiating, and contracting with creators
  • Experienced in owning and managing talent budgets and pricing strategies
  • Knowledge of creator and influencer performance benchmarks and metrics
  • Experience working on international campaigns and sourcing and working with non-US based talent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, detail-oriented with attention to schedules and timelines, and maintenance of records and materials
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of measurement tools such as CreatorIQ and Tagger
  • Experience working with Asana

Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure, and manage influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand goals
  • Translate client vision into actionable influencer strategies and provide performance reporting
  • Oversee casting, negotiation, and contract management with diverse creators
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure accurate payment processing
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights
