Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders in the UAE market
  • Fluency in English, with an additional language preferred—Arabic or Hindi is a plus
  • Well-established connections within wealth management, private banking, and related sectors
  • Experienced in driving sales, navigating local crypto regulations, and building long-term partnerships with traditional finance institutions
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align business objectives
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving business growth

Responsibilities

  • Develop new sales strategies and channels across the EU and the broader EMEA region, generating leads and successfully driving the sales cycle to completion
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from research and lead generation to conversion and account management—ensuring sustainable client relationships and long-term success
  • Handle time-sensitive client inquiries, including complex matters related to APIs, products, liquidity, and accounts, ensuring efficient and timely solutions
  • Take ownership of organizing meetings, capturing key discussions, and ensuring effective follow-ups with stakeholders
