Requirements
- Be located in the Pacific (PT) time zone
- Work closely with the Product Management Office (PMO) and be measured on partnership-related KPIs
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product partnerships strategy aligned with Deputy's overall business objectives
- Build business cases for new integrations that support the company's growth strategy. Influence the product roadmap based on impact
- Manage long-tail ISV partners and navigate inbound partnership requests
- Create and implement playbooks for partner onboarding and integration processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration partners, supporting the broader partnerships team
- Own and improve integration enablement and resources, ensuring they remain up-to-date and comprehensive
- Advocate for partner needs internally, working closely with product teams to drive improvements based on partner and customer feedback
- Create custom partnership collateral and decks as needed
- Conduct initial calls with potential partners, guiding them through the entire integration process
- Stay close to existing integrations, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement
- Work alongside Partner Marketing to: Build and execute our merge.dev (Ipaas) strategy
- Work alongside Partner Marketing to: Grow referrals from our โAdvocate Programโ using Partnerstack (PRM)
