Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a directly related field with 3-5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of MDMs, Okta, Google Workspace and Microsoft stack
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating collaboration and a willingness to assist colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for US employees' requests, providing technical support and problem resolution using internal tools
  • Troubleshoot and isolate technical issues to identify root cause and provide optimal solutions
  • Manage Mobile Device Management platforms, including Jamf for Macs and MEM for Windows devices, to ensure proper enrollment, compliance with security policies, and adherence to procedures
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning hardware for new employees and ensuring timely return of hardware from departing employees
  • Collaborate with vendors to coordinate hardware procurement and maintenance, as well as monitor stock levels to ensure adequate inventory
  • Support occasional events by ensuring proper functioning of AV equipment and coordinating with vendors for additional assistance if needed
