Summary

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles within the SaaS/technology sector, or within the CPG industry, or (preferably) both
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
• Develop and execute comprehensive account management plans
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Regularly analyze account performance against key metrics and objectives
• Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to internal teams
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
