Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in key account management, business development, and B2B sales within the learning and development sector
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the learning and development sector
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for Voxy growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights for senior management

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
