Remote Key Account Manager

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in key account management, business development, and B2B sales within the learning and development sector
• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English , both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
• Ability to think strategically, overcome challenges, and drive business growth in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Must be based in Brazil and able to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts mapping and navigating complex organizations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the learning and development sector to expand our presence within existing accounts
• Identify, position and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions to address their learning and development goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for Voxy growth
• Work closely with internal teams, including customer success, marketing, product development, and product support, to ensure a seamless client experience
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights for senior management
