Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Enjoy sales activities and supporting people. Strong customer focus
  • Successful sales track record in industries such as Rapid prototyping, Engineering, Robotics, Automation, 3D printing
  • IT and digitalization enthusiast, willing to actively use modern technologies and software
  • Native English speaker
  • Self-organized and self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Work with incoming warm leads, supporting them and developing relations
  • Acquire new customers
  • Develop sales strategy in the region
  • Coach the sales team
  • Develop opportunity pipeline in specific industry and/or geography
  • Manage sales cycle from initial customer contact to order receiving and ensuring repetitive orders
  • Maintain customer contact at all project stages and be the primary contact point
  • Regularly and punctually reflect the sales process in the CRM system

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of metalworks, 3D printing, injection moulding
  • Readiness and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment
