- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to guide strategic decisions
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, enabling autonomous problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Define and improve our bottom-up customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Optimize the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints for efficient lead generation and conversion
- Leverage data-driven insights to constantly refine and iterate marketing campaigns around improving our CAC/LTV ratio
- Lead the strategic refinement of the Bizly brand, enhancing its resonance and relevance in the market
- Explore potential re-branding and/or re-naming initiatives to further align with our evolving mission and vision
- Oversee the execution of the brand, from ideation to implementation of design systems and messaging
- Execute the brand through social, digital, and in-person activations
- Orchestrate the creation of high-quality content, including white papers, articles, case studies, newsletter, and regular product updates
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies that cultivate meaningful connections with our enterprise clients
- Own PR and event activations for the Company
- Co-develop sales scripts, sales playbooks, email campaigns, and other collateral as needed by the sales team
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and conversion of marketing-generated leads into loyal customers
