  • A proven track record of driving experimentation-driven growth, reducing CAC through innovative customer acquisition strategies
  • Extensive experience in branding
  • Proficiency in generating engaging content for enterprise audiences and leveraging it for lead generation
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to guide strategic decisions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, enabling autonomous problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Define and improve our bottom-up customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Optimize the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints for efficient lead generation and conversion
  • Leverage data-driven insights to constantly refine and iterate marketing campaigns around improving our CAC/LTV ratio
  • Lead the strategic refinement of the Bizly brand, enhancing its resonance and relevance in the market
  • Explore potential re-branding and/or re-naming initiatives to further align with our evolving mission and vision
  • Oversee the execution of the brand, from ideation to implementation of design systems and messaging
  • Execute the brand through social, digital, and in-person activations
  • Orchestrate the creation of high-quality content, including white papers, articles, case studies, newsletter, and regular product updates
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that cultivate meaningful connections with our enterprise clients
  • Own PR and event activations for the Company
  • Co-develop sales scripts, sales playbooks, email campaigns, and other collateral as needed by the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and conversion of marketing-generated leads into loyal customers
