Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Senior Marketing Manager in the B2B tech space
  • Experience launching successful enterprise marketing campaigns globally
  • Must be a process-oriented, creative, dynamic, and hands-on business and functional executive, with a strong focus on ROI
  • Performance minded, and approaches marketing as a funnel that ultimately supports customer and sales/revenue growth
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in executing marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Ability to implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support shifting business priorities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Track record of building brand awareness and recognition
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex marketing data
  • High integrity with the flexibility to meet the demands of changing business priorities

Responsibilities

  • Enhance Adeva's brand recognition
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to define, implement, and manage Adeva's marketing strategy for optimal performance and results
  • Lead the messaging, positioning, content creation, solutions marketing, and delivery of marketing experiences that engage the targeted customer and talent audience
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Forecast and project the expected ROI on marketing campaigns, traffic, and user acquisitions
  • Prioritise key initiatives across Marketing as Adeva grows
  • Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas that push the boundaries of marketing to talent, prospective clients, and more
  • Act as a Project Manager for all activities and initiatives within the Marketing Department
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and evaluate their success with Adeva
