Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical project management
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • PMP or Agile certification is required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders regularly
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
