Summary

Boulevard is a company providing a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses. The Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and lead end-to-end lifecycle programs to engage customers, create targeted campaigns, leverage marketing automation tools, and partner with cross-functional teams. They require a customer-first mindset, excellent prioritization skills, experience with marketing automation, data analysis, and a minimum of 5 years of lifecycle marketing experience.

Requirements

• A customer-first mindset and a passion for making customers wildly successful
• Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills
• Solid balance of attention to detail and strategic thinking
• Experience with marketing automation, tracking, and reporting
• The ability to analyze data and understand the what and why behind it
• Proven success with reporting and optimizing campaign KPIs and hitting goals/OKRs
• 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably as part of a marketing team at a SaaS or technology company
• Able to effectively switch between strategic and tactical environments within a fast-paced organization

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel lifecycle strategies, encompassing onboarding, engagement, retention, and upsell initiatives
• Own the development and execution of targeted, personalized marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Product Marketing, Content, Customer Experience, and more
