Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or email marketing in SaaS or consumer products companies
  • Demonstrated experience owning lifecycle programs for PLG and/or two-sided marketplace companies (B2B or B2C). Lifecycle email at minimum, multi-channel preferred
  • Expert-level experience in HubSpot and migrating to ESPsβ€”you bring a perspective on the best tools for the target audience and their journey. You also love nerding out on dynamic content and A/B testing
  • Experience working with data from DSPs (we use Segment) and CRM (we use Salesforce) to trigger hyper-targeted lifecycle programs
  • A clear vision for measuring the impact of lifecycle marketing on customer acquisition and LTV, and proven experience setting up the reports and dashboards to visualize your KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle marketing strategy, roadmap and execution for free user engagement and growth, as well as marketplace users
  • Love coming up with creative copy that hooks readers and drives loyalty to the Vendr brand
  • Be a champion for the customer experience, unifying touchpoints across teams and systems to deepen customer and user engagement with Vendr
  • Work with Product, Growth, and Content teammates to develop creative conversion paths and strategies for building our contact database
  • Develop effective methodologies to segment users to personalize communications
