Requirements

• 10+ years experience driving technical, complex initiatives & projects from initiation to completion
• 5+ years of people management experience. Experience leading global teams preferred
• A natural builder of strong relationships and trust, you use your internal network to deliver results
• Proactive and able to adapt quickly to change and evolve with the organization
• Passionate about mentoring and developing others through your leadership style and presence
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Drive a prioritized portfolio of R&D Initiatives
• Lead a team of Technical Program Managers, supporting their delivery and development
• Facilitate R&D’s quarterly planning process
• Partner with Addepar’s Head of Strategic Initiatives to ensure continuous connectivity of R&D with top-line Strategic Initiatives
• Influence through building positive partnerships with senior leaders in Product & Engineering
• Own and refine the standards and foundational information architecture that improve how we work in R&D
• Model professionalism and hold your team accountable for upholding our high standards of quality
• Establish a metrics framework to support more informed decision making in R&D
• Select, and maintain the configuration of R&D-focused tools that support our planning and initiative management
