Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of compensation administration
• Ensure accurate and fair compensation practices across all levels of the organization
• Lead and execute compensation-related projects such as market re-benchmarking, equity reporting, and resolving compensation challenges
• Partner with the Head of People Operations and Head of People to drive and implement large-scale compensation initiatives
• Analyze compensation data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for adjustments
• Monitor industry trends, especially in strategic hiring areas, to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive
• Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and bonus payouts
