Summary

Join ExtraHop, a leader in network detection and response (NDR) technology, as a Senior Content Manager. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you will play a pivotal role in elevating ExtraHop's voice through various channels. You will develop and execute content strategies, create engaging content (blog posts, articles, white papers, etc.), collaborate with subject matter experts, and analyze content performance. This role requires 6-7 years of experience in content management and strong copywriting skills. Requirements

  • 6-7 years of experience in content management or a similar role
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content
  • Experience with SEO and content optimization
  • Knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that support ExtraHop’s marketing and business goals
  • Create and manage editorial calendars focused on thought leadership and educational materials that showcase expertise in cybersecurity
  • Craft compelling short-form and long-form content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, website landing pages, etc
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency, quality, and alignment with ExtraHop messaging
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging threats in cybersecurity, incorporating insights into the content strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Experience in an agency setting
