Requirements

  • +5 years experience in growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • You’re naturally outcomes driven, analytical and customer first
  • Excellent communicator, listener, presenter and problem solver
  • Great attention to detail and a keen eye for the last mile
  • Proven track record of advocating for and implementing demand generation strategies that have a measurable impact on early and late stage sales pipeline
  • Extremely resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity
  • You have a deep understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation and email marketing tactics in addition to experience planning and executing account-based marketing campaigns
  • You set a high bar in everything you do - quality, creativity, execution, productivity and of course, balance
  • We’re all on the field at Hone - you naturally roll up your sleeves and you lead by example
  • You know the growth marketing technology landscape - expertise in Hubspot, Salesforce, GA4

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute on all pipeline development programs and account based marketing campaigns including web, email, paid advertising, webinars, events, etc.Β  Your campaign process spans strategy, creative concepts, planning, execution and SDR enablement and reporting
  • Instill campaign excellence: Lead the team to create, and optimize campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Design team members
  • Reliably forecast and report on our planned and actual pipeline creation, maturation and pacing to goal. Measure and report on the effectiveness of demand creation activities, opportunity conversions and sales cycle lengths
  • Using data and feedback, iterate often to optimize your campaigns to maximize demand program effectiveness and overall revenue attainment
  • Closely manage the demand generation budget and report on channel performance
  • Work closely with the web development & creative team to optimize for web conversion and performance
  • Be an audience expert: build a strong understanding of our audience of L&D professionals
  • Manage people and vendor relationships to achieve excellent outcomes
