Requirements

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of working experience in a similar role
  • Previously managed at least USD 150K per month in marketing spends
  • In-depth knowledge in scaling businesses using Google Ads (Search, Display & Youtube), Bing Search Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Knowledge of scaling businesses using Reddit

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads (Search, Display & Youtube), Bing Search Ads and Meta Ads, Reddit, and other relevant channels
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, ad creative development, audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives and business goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital advertising, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in running campaigns for North American regions would be a plus
