Summary

Join Spring Health's Member Experience Engineering team as a Senior Engineering Manager! Lead a team focused on member funnel optimization and agile delivery of new features, impacting the lives of those facing substance use, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. This full-time, remote (or hybrid) role reports to the VP of Engineering and involves at least two yearly trips for in-person events. You will own development and delivery of improvements, manage a team, contribute to product strategy, and foster strong cross-functional partnerships. Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience as an engineering manager (manager of individual engineers)
  • At least 5 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter
  • Track record of data fluency and objective measures of impact
  • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style
  • Track record of strong talent management and team health success

Responsibilities

  • Own development and delivery of member funnel improvements
  • Apply your growth experience to implement best practices
  • Manage a thriving team of engineers spanning both onshore and offshore
  • Contribute to the Member Experience engineering leadership team and product strategy
