Summary
Join Zuora's demand generation team as a Field Marketing Manager and drive the strategy for the North America field marketing team. Partner with the Business Development function to execute marketing programs for target accounts, contributing to the company's overall GTM strategy. You will plan and execute high-touch experiences for C-level decision-makers, develop strategies to grow existing customer relationships, and own the execution of key regional events. This remote position requires close collaboration with sales leadership and account teams to ensure alignment across demand generation efforts. You will track program performance and use insights to improve ROI. The role involves leading and mentoring the North America field marketing team.
Requirements
- 5โ7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in field marketing or event marketing roles
- Proven track record of planning and executing executive-level programs and industry events
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities; thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with sales teams and CRM tools like Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy to effectively meet North America and battleground objectives
- Operate as a player coach to lead the team and strategy in North America
- Plan and execute high-touch experiences and executive programs that build relationships with C-level decision-makers and accelerate enterprise sales cycles
- Develop and deploy marketing strategies to grow existing customer relationships, drive adoption, and generate expansion opportunities
- Own end-to-end execution of key regional eventsโfrom strategy and vendor management to logistics and onsite executionโthat elevate the Zuora brand and support field team goals
- Partner closely with sales leadership and account teams to understand regional priorities, identify opportunities, and ensure tight coordination across demand generation efforts
- Track and report performance across programs, using insights to continuously improve ROI and alignment with business goals
