Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, strategic finance, or investment banking
- Strong understanding of cost structures, margin modeling, and headcount planning
- Self-starter with high ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to execute without perfect inputs
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills—comfortable working directly with senior leadership
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with clarity and poise
Responsibilities
- Own the full financial model and forecast for a business segment, including headcount, delivery costs, margin, and planning cycles
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and R&D leadership to build operating plans aligned to company-wide targets
- Build and maintain dynamic margin models that reflect delivery complexity and shared cost structures
- Drive initiatives around unit economics, resource allocation, and headcount forecasting
- Analyze performance, identify key drivers of variance, and deliver actionable insights
- Lead management and board reporting processes, including monthly and quarterly packages, executive dashboards, and investor-ready materials
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate actuals and aligned reporting timelines
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Excel/Sheets required; SQL, dashboarding, or BI tool experience is a plus
