Summary
Join HubSpot's GTM Enablement team as a Senior Manager to lead the Customer Success Enablement Partner team. You will drive team performance, collaborate with Customer Success leadership, and deliver measurable productivity improvements. This role involves setting global enablement strategies, building strong executive relationships, and coaching team members. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in Customer Success and Enablement, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to influence change in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- >3 years of experience in Customer Success
- >3 years of experience in Training or Enablement
- >3 years of management experience in Customer Success or Enablement
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication skills to communicate complex ideas to all stakeholders
- Ability to initiate and influence change across a global organization
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Outstanding prioritization and negotiation skills, with experience in galvanizing resources
- Strong relationship-building skills, including experience working with senior executives
- Experience coaching and developing team members
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of enablement partners supporting Customer Success teams (Upmarket Success, Scaled Success, Support & Services), including recruiting, coaching, and mentoring
- Set the global strategy for enablement partner stakeholder engagement, defining roles and ensuring efficient work
- Own the relationship with Customer Success senior executives to define global standards
- Ensure enablement efforts align with business needs and demonstrate ROI
- Serve as the GTME representative on the Customer Success senior leadership team and lead in the Customer Success GTME Steering Committee, setting priorities
- Coach enablement partners, providing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and developing growth plans
- Serve on the Field Enablement leadership team, collaborating to set strategy and operating model
- Build a fun, engaging, and productive team culture, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
Benefits
- Cash compensation range: 154000-246000 USD Annually (includes base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus)
