  • You have 2 - 3 years of experience in a people management capacity
  • You have a good balance of Marketing, operations and technology functional skills
  • You have strong working experience with CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce
  • You have experience and knowledge of the sales cycle and the role the marketing plays in it
  • You are driven and passionate about helping Marketing teams optimize their performance
  • You’re extremely organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • You have experience creating business plans and know how to sell it to internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Act as the marketing technology platform owner for all marketing systems including building out the technology roadmap for all marketing systems and platforms
  • Ensure all systems within marketing and the greater organization are properly integrated to ensure data integrity and efficiency in operations
  • Lead the evaluation, vendor selection, implementation and eventual ownership for all new marketing technology solutions
  • Track and report results by providing KPI dashboards, campaign reporting and key behavioral insights
  • Own and evolve attribution reporting to ensure opportunity and revenue generation are being tracked back to the correct source
  • Ensure lead scoring process and models are optimized to maximize conversion
  • Guide the Marketing Operations Specialist on their journey to world class by providing training, mentoring and weekly doses of inspiration
  • Deliver effective change management and communication to ensure smooth transition to any new technology or process
  • Ensure lead routing is 100% accurate and timely to enable timely follow-up from Sales
  • Ensure that every marketing program and campaign are executed accurately and efficiently by implementing SLA timelines and ensuring compliance to processes and timelines
