Summary
Join Narvar as their Marketing Operations Manager and take ownership of marketing automation and campaign execution. As the sole Marketing Operations professional, you will execute campaigns and maintain data integrity across the marketing tech stack. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this hands-on role requires expertise in Marketo and a focus on building programs and ensuring clean data. You will be responsible for managing Marketo and Salesforce, optimizing processes, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring data hygiene. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact marketing automation and campaign execution, providing actionable insights and optimizing performance for improved scalability and ROI. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and project management skills, along with a passion for optimizing systems and processes.
Requirements
- Adobe Marketo Engage Expert or Master Certification
- 4+ years of hands-on Marketo experience executing campaigns and maintaining a healthy marketable database (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment)
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on reporting and managing the Marketo and Salesforce sync
- A strong grasp of how to integrate common marketing and sales systems (especially enrichment tools like ZoomInfo)
- Understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes, including lead scoring, lifecycle management, lead routing, BDR qualification, and campaign attribution
- Proven ability to independently own marketing operations
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator for Marketo Engage and Marketo Measure, implementing best practices for campaign execution, lead processing, and compliance
- Build and deploy Marketo programs for email nurtures, webinars, events, and other integrated campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Optimize processes to support demand generation, including lead scoring, segmentation, and attribution tracking
- Own marketing data hygiene and segmentation strategies, leveraging enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, in tandem with Marketo, to maintain clean and accurate data
- Analyze campaign performance using both Marketo and Salesforce reports and dashboards, identifying trends and communicating results to drive ROI
- Own and optimize the lead lifecycle, ensuring leads progress through the correct stages and are accurately routed and handed off to the BDR team
- Ensure deliverability and compliance for all email communications, maintaining best practices for GDPR and opt-in management
- Connect with colleagues to understand marketing goals, tools, and processes
- Get fully onboarded to our marketing tech stack
- Begin contributing to campaign execution in Marketo
- Drive meaningful improvements in marketing automation and campaign execution, especially related to building evergreen engagement programs
- Audit, document, and refine data hygiene processes
- Own and optimize lead handoff between marketing and BDR teams
- Deliver consistent, actionable insights to optimize marketing performance
- Refine campaign execution processes for improved scalability and ROI
- Build and own a roadmap of systems enhancements for our martech stack
