  • Experience in digital media and marketing
  • 6+ years of sales and/or media planning experience in digital media
  • 5+ years of managerial experience, with a focus on people management
  • Experience should include preparing data supporting target audience insights, competitive analysis, researching media opportunities, and presenting recommendations to clients
  • Experience using digital tools as Excel, Power Point and Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales planners to ensure seamless collaboration with sales, account strategy, operations, marketing, clients, and agencies, offering expert advice and recommending optimal media plans to achieve campaign goals
  • Act as a contact between the account team and operations/creative team, keeping all parties informed of plan changes and updates
  • Evaluate opportunities and present media plans, providing strategic direction if plans fall short of targets
  • Offer guidance to sales planners and suggest optimizations to enhance campaign performance
  • Develop methods and procedures for sales planners on new assignments
  • Collaborate with sales strategy, sales leadership and marketing to oversee Shopkick's ratecard and preferred pricing agreements
  • Partner with client analytics, operations, and account management leads to analyze performance trends and integrate insights into the planning process
  • Deliver quarterly success metrics and improvement recommendations to the sales leadership team
  • Maintain and Optimize RoAS (return of advertising spend) calculator
  • Assist in training and development of sales team
  • Keeping a pulse on latest media/advertising trends to update/identify new media strategies to help attract new clients/campaigns
