Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a focus on content writing and project management
- Experience with reading and analysing regulations, tendering documents, and city planning documents
- Public or private sector experience in procurement
- Excellent writing skills, with a love for the written word
- Bachelorโs degree required (focus on communications, public affairs, journalism, languages or literature, or other related fields such as transportation or urban planning)
Responsibilities
- Write clear, compelling, and creative content for RFIs, tenders/RFPs and other public procurement and licensing processes
- Analyse legal and permit requirements and craft strategy for responding to tenders/RFPs
- Collaborate with a proposal manager, designer, and content manager to create comprehensive and strategic project plans for tenders/RFPs
- Gather insights from and build productive partnerships with our motivated, experienced team of local operations and policy teams as well as a wide range of other cross-functional partners
- Travel to our most important markets to strategize and plan for upcoming projects with pre-tender workshops, consultants, and brainstorms with local teams
- Document regulatory and policy best practices from cities for internal and external stakeholders
- Build on our established best practices, toolkits, and content library in collaboration with the other proposal team members
