Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or a related role within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales training and certification programs
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Seismic)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for the sales team, focusing on onboarding, product knowledge, and advanced sales skills
- Collaborate with the CRO to identify and address skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities within the sales organization
- Create and manage certification programs for internal teams to ensure a high level of product and sales process expertise
- Design external certification programs for partners, enabling them to effectively represent and sell our solutions
- Build and maintain a library of training materials, sales playbooks, and product collateral to support the sales team and partners
- Work with product marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
- Establish enablement strategies to onboard and certify partners on our sales methodologies and product offerings
- Monitor and enhance partner performance through ongoing training and engagement
- Define success metrics for all enablement initiatives and report on the impact of programs to leadership
- Use data to identify trends, optimize programs, and demonstrate ROI
- Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to align enablement initiatives with company goals and market needs
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with partner ecosystems and developing partner enablement programs is highly desirable
