Join Zappi as their Revenue Operations Manager, GTM Americas, and partner with senior leadership to drive growth through strategy, data insights, and operational improvements. This high-impact role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker who can manage multiple priorities and communicate with executive stakeholders. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to ensure seamless execution of key commercial initiatives and scale go-to-market strategies across the Americas. Success is measured by the execution of revenue operations tasks and Zappiβs ability to grow customers and revenue. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales strategy & ops, revenue operations or GTM strategy
- Relevant experience in fields like management consulting, internal strategy teams, Masters degree or equivalent strategic experience also considered
- Strong project management and execution in fast-paced environments
- Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Analytical, data-driven & action-oriented
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about growth and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Partner with Americas GTM leaders to accelerate execution & improve operations
- Drive process improvements in segmentation, pricing, & sales enablement
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Build operational cadences, dashboards, & reporting to track GTM effectiveness
- Promote accountability & continuous improvement within the GTM organization
- Frame strategic questions & perform data analysis to shape GTM strategy & uncover growth opportunities
- Insights for leadership decisions on resourcing, market focus & execution
- Customer-centric insights from Zappi customer journey to guide GTM decision making
- Coordinate americas GTM activities, ensuring teams have the right data & motions to engage customers effectively at each stage
- Leadership on account planning & development of customer growth strategies
- Connective tissue for GTM across Sales, Product, Marketing & Customer Success
- Internal communications & project management across commercial initiatives
- Organise GTM motions for key industry events, client roundtables & executive engagements
Benefits
- Salary range $125,000 - $145,000 per annum. Salaries are benchmarked annually
