Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working within healthcare partnerships and sales. B2B experience, preferred
  • 3-5+ years experience in sales leadership or people management
  • Bachelor degree or diploma in Business or similar field and/or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge in healthcare technology and/or government healthcare programs and systems and/or US payers/providers space
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and maintain strong strategic partner and client relationships and identify opportunities of growth with demonstrable results
  • Proven leadership abilities to build and develop a high-functioning and efficient sales and partnership team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop trusted relationships
  • Demonstrated revenue generation impact, through innovative partnerships and client relationships that have moved businesses forward
  • Exceptional ability to shift quickly between high-level and detail-oriented thinking. Must be able to manage ambiguous, open-ended questions to the ground

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and deliver an effective sales and partnership strategy of assigned accounts to exceed sales, margin and revenue targets
  • Effectively manage and guide a highly effective Sales and Partnership team to drive key partnerships and sales strategies
  • Identify and oversee key client and partner relationships to drive deals, identify areas of growth opportunities, and ensure effective partnership strategies
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with new, existing and prospective clients and partners
  • Create and manage sales and partners strategic programs to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Develop solutions that are repeatable and scalable to improve product integrations and underlying value proposition
  • Identify and build new sales channels by establishing marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Identify and develop new opportunities and business in the market for Smile by developing strong trusted relationships with customers and collaborating with Partners
  • Develop a feedback cycle with partners and customers to ensure client satisfaction and develop value-adding strategies that grow their business
  • Manage and support the team to drive and execute contracts, identify areas of improvement and develop plans and strategies to achieve Partnership goals and support Sales goals
  • Identify resourcing needs of assigned Sales team and lead recruitment efforts, as needed
  • Forecast and track new partnership and client metrics by managing quarterly and annual sales and partnership goals. Provide detailed and accurate forecasting, manage overall sales and partnership processes, set appropriate metrics for assigned sales and partnership funnel management
  • Comply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies
  • Hold all confidential information in trust and strict confidence and ensure that it shall be used only for the purposes required to fulfill employment obligations, and shall not be used for any other purpose, or disclosed to any third party. A breach of policy or misuse of information could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment
