  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal an external stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting category research and navigating category management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Go-to-Market channel strategy by providing category trends and channel sell-in guidance to Sales leadership
  • Collaborates with Brand & Field Sales to develop line review, category review, and joint business planning materials
  • Partners with Finance & Sales Planning leadership to build the national sales trade budget that enables promotional and account planning
  • Leads the development of pulse period strategies across multiple brands
  • Leads the development and implementation of retailer category strategies by providing category insights to retail partners
  • Responsible for leading strategic category shelving insights that drives growth by identifying opportunities to improve in-aisle shelving flow, maximizing space to sales and in-store experience
