Summary

Join ezCater as the Sr. Manager, Sales Performance & Analytics, a key leadership role driving sales strategy and performance. Lead a team, collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations, and optimize sales processes. Develop and execute the sales team commission plan, manage territory assignments, and provide data-driven recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, data, systems) to support sales reporting and analytics needs. Proactively identify opportunities, propose solutions, and lead projects to accelerate sales growth. This role requires a nimble approach, implementing short-term solutions while developing more formal strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in sales operations, commission and territory program management, and finance or a related role with at least 2 years of direct leadership experience
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead by influence across the organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, territory management, data analytics and commission programs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations and other cross functional partners to develop a standardized reporting suite for all levels of the sales organization ensuring consistency of reporting in all tools
  • Utilize performance reporting to make proactive recommendations on where efficiencies can be gained in the sales process and identify where the strategy may need to be adjusted to support the business goals
  • Develop and manage territory management inclusive of the rules of engagement for owned and unowned accounts, design processes for any account movement within the organization and ensure books of business are created in an equitable manner for all sales team members
  • Own the end to end commission program for all commissionable team members, including but not limited to the creation of new plans, monitoring efficacy of existing plans, and executing payments and statements
