Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in quality management
- 3-5 years in a leadership or project management role
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in leading and successfully implementing continuous improvement projects
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab, Excel, statistical packages)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others at all levels of the organization
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to quality excellence and customer satisfaction

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Lean & Continuous Improvement Projects: Identify, prioritize, and lead lean and continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department and across relevant cross-functional areas. This includes defining project scope, developing project plans, allocating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring successful project completion and sustainment
- Quality System Expertise: Act as a primary resource and expert on the company's Quality Management System (QMS), global regulatory requirements, and internal quality procedures. Provide guidance and interpretation of quality system requirements to various departments
- Process Optimization: Drive the optimization of quality processes, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, improve data accuracy, and ensure compliance
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Utilize quality metrics and data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and present comprehensive reports on quality performance and project status to management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with regulatory, engineering, manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, and other departments to integrate quality principles into all aspects of product development and operations
- Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing expertise on quality systems and processes, and assist in the resolution of audit findings
- Stay Current with Industry Trends : Continuously monitor industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging quality technologies to ensure the company's quality programs remain cutting-edge and compliant
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in regulated industry, such as ISO 9001. Experience with ISO 13485, AS9100, or other industry-specific quality standards is a significant plus
- Master's degree preferred
