Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • A minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition on high volume and entry-level to mid-level candidates
  • Some evening and weekend availability is required to meet the needs of the candidate pool
  • Experience with various ATS aspects and platforms
  • Strong expertise in conducting behavioral interviews and applying behavioral thematics to evaluate candidates effectively

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions, including sourcing, conducting behavioral interviews, and extending offers
  • Execute high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring all candidates are assessed through a behavioral interview lens
  • Use behavioral thematics to analyze candidate responses, identifying patterns that predict success and cultural alignment within the company
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of role requirements and behavioral competencies needed for success
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and highly capable talent pool
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, particularly those related to behavioral interviewing and talent acquisition strategies
  • Support talent acquisition projects and goals
