Summary

Join GlossGenius as a Senior Marketing Analyst and elevate the quality of analysis and decision-making within our Go-to-Market team. You will report to the Marketing Analytics Manager and can work remotely or hybrid from our NYC headquarters. This role involves defining and analyzing marketing metrics, developing data models and dashboards, optimizing marketing site experimentation, and collaborating with various teams. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, ideally in marketing analytics at a D2C or SaaS company
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • A demonstrated self-starter with strong communication and project management skills
  • Excitement about working in for a a high-paced, fast-changing start-up and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get foundational work done

Responsibilities

  • Define and analyze marketing funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Develop internal web analytics data models, reporting, and dashboards for the SEO and growth marketing teams
  • Own, iterate and improve upon our marketing site experimentation processes for funnel optimization
  • Support stakeholder partners through reporting and analyses to measure the success of their programs
  • Partner with Sales Analytics to scale the lead generation funnel and define SLAs between Marketing and Sales
  • Serve as a thought partner to various marketing teams, including SEO, Growth Marketing, and Partnerships, in planning high-impact marketing plays
  • Partner with Data Platform and peer Analytics teams to implement best-in-class analytical frameworks and testing structure across our data stack

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with dbt, Looker or data visualization tools
