Join Ashby's growing team as a Demand Generation Lead for the enterprise segment. You will be responsible for developing and executing ABM strategies, managing agency partnerships, collaborating with sales, and measuring campaign performance. Requirements
- Combine data analytics and creative thinking to craft high-impact programs that go beyond traditional B2B marketing
- Manage complex campaigns with many moving parts. Think holistically while keeping close attention to detail
- Build trust with cross-functional teams. Have strong interpersonal skills and can build and maintain collaborative relationships across different departments
Responsibilities
- Develop customized ABM strategies targeting enterprise (1K-15K employees) accounts with 1:1, 1:many, and scaled programs
- Run multi-channel campaigns across Linkedin, events, gifting and others to engage enterprise prospects
- Manage agency partnerships: Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring effective communication and efficient campaign execution
- Collaborate with Sales : Align on accounts strategy, campaign execution, and performance tracking; enable the AEs to engage effectively with prospects
- Measure and optimize performance: Track, analyze, and report on campaign outcomes, continuously refining approaches for maximum impact
