Join HubSpot as a Senior Marketing Manager to lead email nurturing around events and drive deal creation globally. You will develop and execute targeted email campaigns, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, run experiments, and work with the AI team to enhance the email experience. Responsibilities
- Create and own this new email program’s strategy, execution, and reporting
- Collaborate daily with marketers and salespeople across English-speaking regions of Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America to find the most impactful ways to connect prospects and customers with our sales team after they attend events or engage with content
- Run experiments to test new ideas and validate revenue impact
- Work closely with our technical AI team to use AI to reinvent the email experience
- Partner with sales to find opportunities to improve and automate outreach processes
- Maintain regular communication and reporting to stakeholders at all levels of the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or on sales teams
- Experience working in a mid-to-large-sized B2B organization
