Summary

Join Natera as a Sr. Marketing Manager, HCP Marketing Oncology and develop, implement, and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and integration of the Signatera MRD test in standard-of-care testing for solid tumor patients. You will report to the Sr. Director of Oncology Commercial Marketing and play a key role in achieving growth objectives for Natera’s oncology portfolio. Responsibilities include developing strategic marketing plans, driving adoption of Natera’s oncology portfolio, monitoring sales performance, managing marketing materials, overseeing the speaker’s bureau, and managing educational programs. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in life sciences (MBA or PhD preferred), 5-7 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in strategic agility, collaboration, customer focus, and project management. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics within the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries
  • Willingness to travel (~30%) for advisory boards, congresses, sales/marketing meetings, and customer visits

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that reinforce the utility of the Signatera MRD test across multiple solid tumor indications, with a focus on recently Medicare-reimbursed and emerging coverage areas
  • Drive awareness and adoption of Natera’s full oncology portfolio, including comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP), hereditary cancer testing, and new MRD platforms
  • Monitor and analyze product sales performance, providing insights to key stakeholders and identifying opportunities to optimize marketing strategies
  • Manage the creation of high-quality marketing and sales materials, ensuring that field teams and digital channels are equipped with impactful content to engage healthcare providers (HCPs)
  • Oversee the speaker’s bureau, ensuring content reflects the latest clinical data and aligns with Natera’s strategic messaging
  • Identify and manage third-party educational opportunities and marketing programs to increase engagement and influence within the oncology healthcare space

Preferred Qualifications

  • An advanced degree (MBA or PhD)
  • Experience in oncology and/or genomics
  • Familiarity with FDA-approved treatments for colorectal cancer
