Requirements

  • 8+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or other relevant marketing experience
  • Analytical skills with experience using data to drive business impact
  • Be highly collaborative and have a strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale campaigns
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally and with executives
  • Experience with Marketo (or other marketing automation) and Salesforce
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

  • Craft and orchestrate a demand generation strategy for achieving the EMEA pipeline targets, in partnership with Field, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; adjust prioritisation as needed to improve outcomes
  • Develop audience segmentation best practices, integrating them into campaign playbooks. Ensure messaging is aligned with Samsara's value propositions and resonates with target audiences
  • Strategize and execute email campaigns, webinars, content marketing, direct mail, engagement and nurturing, sales enablement,and more. Bring new ideas and experiments across each channel to optimize for growth
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Is an expert in B2B tech marketing and is an analytical yet creative hands-on marketer with a passion for growth marketing
  • Displays strong interpersonal skills, and a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work in and across teams
  • Strong writing skills and experience creating content for emails, blogs, webinars, or web pages
  • Has experience with ON24 or direct mail platform
